
Assistant Reservations Manager

**Summary**
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee all aspects of reservations, including managing bookings, cancellations, and modifications
- Manage a team of reservation agents and ensure that all guests receive exceptional service
- Develop and implement procedures for managing reservations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Provide training and support to reservation agents to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge to perform their job duties effectively
- Work closely with other departments, including sales and marketing, to ensure that all reservations are coordinated effectively
- Ensure that all guest information is kept confidential and that all data is managed in compliance with data protection regulations
- Monitor reservation trends and provide regular reports to senior management
**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Diploma or degree in hospitality management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in reservations management in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and reservation management software
