
Socialization Brand Manager

We are recruiting a Socialization Brand Manager to support the growth of our business in Emerging Categories, working to develop annual and multi-year brand growth strategies and business plans for global brands in Southeast Asia and South Pacific. The job may be based in Singapore, Manila, Bangkok or Sydney.
We are looking for people that have a passion for building relationships and will be proud to be a representative of our brands, are results driven and have brand management and/or marketing in consumer-packaged goods, beverage experience.
***Responsibilities will inclide**:
- ** Implement the marketing plans for the ‘Socialization Bundle’ to support the development of the socializing ritual for consumers that generates value for customers and creates growth for the system**:
- The ‘Socialization Bundle’ includes Alcoholic Ready To Drink, Adult & Premium Sparkling Drinks, Premium Glass Sparkling Drinks and any future categories that could play in this space. Specifically included in this role is the direct day to day management of the Company’s alcohol brands such as Jack & Coke, Lemon-Dou, and Schweppes Canned Cocktails
**Strategy (15% of time): Participate in developing Annual Business Plan (ABP)**:
- As part of the Emerging and Socialization Category Team, participate in the development of the Annual Business Plan - completing market and brand reviews, developing the key strategies and plans to deliver each strategy
**Deliver Plan (60%): Deliver Brand Marketing Programs. Maintain Alcohol RTM / Partnerships**
- Lead cross functional teams each charged with delivering ASP-OU’s ‘Socialization Bundle’ Ambitions
- Provide tool kits to each Cluster to execute support plans
**Results (10%): Manage Project Performance To Target**
- Review Project Based Performance on Monthly and Quarterly Basis - and Propose Adjustment to plan to meet plans - including business results, BEACH equity tracking, in market targets such as distribution, SOVI, rate of sale, average price, number of executions
- Manage Direct Marketing Expense (DME) working with Clusters for each project
**Best Practice / Insight (5%)**
- Connected to industry insight, research and best practice
**Ideal Work & Education Experience Required**:
- 5+ years experience in Brewing or aRTD Category
- Experience in ASP-OU Markets - both SOUTH and ASEAN
- Broad Experience: roles in marketing, commercial and sales
- Proven ability to partner with key stakeholders
- Knowledge of the workings of the alcohol and HORECA sectors
