**Admin**
- Collate weekly ordering list required for operations
- Liaise with staff, suppliers and customers as necessary
- Coordinate with logistics and warehouse as necessary
- Manage adhoc staff, purchases and payments
- Monthly reporting

**Operations**
- Stock check once a week (every Friday)
- Coach and teach new staff
- Backup for staff during medical and annual leave

**2 weeks training will be provided

- Queenstown
