
Temp Ops Admin Officer

We are looking for a temporary Ops Admin Officer who can commit for 4 months from March to July
Job Role & Responsibilities:
1. Provide admin support to superior, management & customers in all administrative and operational support tasks (local and overseas)
2. Pick up phone calls in office and direct to relevant personnel
3. Handle guest feedback/complaints concerning food quality and service, or direct to relevant personnel
4. Assist superior to keep track and perform duties to execute vouchers, operational plans, and any special restaurant functions
5.Perform inventory and monitoring of NON-FOOD items to ensure sufficient stocks supplies in restaurant for smooth operation and new store openings.
6. Preparation of NON-FOOD orders, quotations, and sourcing for new suppliers/products.
7. Monitor NON-FOOD supplier performance to ensure timely deliveries and specifications of products ordered.
9. Follow up, tracking and renewing of operating licences & contract (eg. SFA, liquor, etc)
10. Handle expenses claims (eg: Petty Cash) for operational use
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior/ management
**Requirements**:
- Minimum Diploma Holder
- Must be able to speak, write, and communicate in English and Mandarin
- Preferably with F&B experience
