As part of the team, we are looking for **Ops Admin**

- Assists in doing the paperwork on all new and existing vehicles/equipment such as vehicles registrations, accident reports and repairs.
- Process all invoices and electronically files vehicle/equipment repair orders and schedules.
- Assists with asset inventory and with scheduling and maintenance tracking of repair work on vehicles/equipment.
- Performs other administrative tasks assigned/directed by the Fleet Manager
**Job Requirements**
- O Level/NiTEC or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Admin, or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to perform other clerical duties such as filing, answering the phone and/or compiling correspondence.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $1,800.00 - $3,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
Supplemental pay types:
- Overtime pay
