**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Customize and develop widgets/plugins using **Dojo**.
- Develop and maintain **BPDs (Business Process Definitions)**and **Service Flows**in IBM BPM.
- Write and maintain **Java components**and **RESTful APIs**.
- Create and execute **unit test cases**to ensure robust functionality.
- Produce and maintain clear technical and design documentation.
- Follow coding standards, best practices, and design principles.
- Support and enhance existing widget frameworks and plugins.
- Work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- 3-8 years of hands-on experience with **IBM FileNet**, **Case Manager**, **BPM**, and **Content Navigator**.
- Minimum 3 years of experience customizing and developing **Dojo widgets and plugins**.
- Strong development skills in **Java, J2EE, Spring**, and **RESTful Web Services**.
- Solid knowledge of **Oracle Database**with proficiency in **SQL**and **PL/SQL**.
- Experience in **product and fix pack installations**is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and consulting skills.
- Quick learner with the ability to support and enhance existing codebases.
