Technology Development Engineer

**Job description**:
The position requires a track record and experience with BAW device physics, BAW filter’s principles, research operation.
**Responsibilities**:
- Co-working with international team including China, Singapore and Europe on a cross-disciplinary team basis.
- Creation of advanced models of BAW/SAW resonators and other RF devices, including linear and nonlinear acoustic transmission line models and RF models.
- Support RF test setup design and implementation for both small signal and power measurements.
- Support BAW device material characterization, resonator performance improvement.
- BAW data analytics in FEM and foundry data.
- Design experiments and support experimental wafers for model validation and refinement from test data analysis.
- Design simulation testbenches, release and support models for incorporation in our PDKs, and support queries/bug reports from our design teams.
**Qualifications/Desired skills**:
- Strong skills in creating advanced circuit, netlist and behavioural models using a variety of modelling techniques and environments, like Spice, Verilog-A/AMS, ADS netlist, Matlab.
- Strong skills in RF testing and characterization/analysis techniques, including RF model creation, small signal and large signal RF test setup, RF test & measurement equipment.
- Familiar with the fundamental of EM modelling (HFSS, others), finite element modelling, and other RF simulation tools.
