HI,

Immediate Hiring - FileNet Administrator

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, configure, and maintain IBM FileNet P8 components, including **Content Engine, Process Engine, Application Engine, IBM Content Navigator, BAW Case Manager, and Datacap**.
- Perform regular **system upgrades, patches, and security updates**.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to **FileNet Content Manager, Workflow, Business Process Framework (BPF), BAW Case Manager, and Datacap**.
- Work with databases ( **IBM DB2, Oracle, or MS SQL**) to manage **FileNet and BAW data storage and retrieval**.
- Configure and manage **LDAP authentication, SSO, and user access controls**.
- Develop and maintain **scripts for automation, monitoring, and backup processes**.
- Provide **technical guidance and training**to junior administrators and support teams.
- Document **system configurations, troubleshooting steps, and best practices**.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- **5- 10 years of hands-on experience in IBM FileNet P8 Administration**:

- Strong expertise in **FileNet Content Manager, Case Manager, Process Engine, and Business Automation Workflow (BAW)**:

- Experience with **IBM Datacap for intelligent document capture and processing**:

- Knowledge of databases ( **DB2, Oracle, or SQL Server**)
- Experience in troubleshooting **FileNet, BAW, and Datacap issues, performance tuning, and log analysis**:

- Understanding of **LDAP, Active Directory, and authentication mechanisms**:

- Experience with **cloud-based FileNet implementations (AWS, Azure, IBM Cloud) is a plus**:

- Scripting knowledge ( **PowerShell, Python, or Shell scripting**) for automation
- Excellent **problem-solving skills**and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong **documentation and communication skills**

**Preferred Certifications (Nice to Have)**:

- **IBM Certified Administrator - FileNet Content Manager**:

- **IBM Certified Specialist - Case Manager**:

- **IBM Certified Specialist - Datacap**:

- **ITIL or any related certification**
