**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop custom workflows using IBM Case Manager and IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Develop and maintain UI components using IBM Content Navigator and JavaScript frameworks.
- Develop and optimize stored procedures and queries for databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, or DB2.
- Collaborate with system administrators on installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of FileNet environments.
- Ensure compliance with security policies, access controls, and document retention requirements.
- Document technical designs, development processes, and troubleshooting procedures.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong programming skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, and REST APIs.
- Experience with IBM FileNet APIs, including Java APIs, CMIS, and RESTful services.
- Hands-on experience with IBM Content Navigator customization.
- Knowledge of database management (Oracle, SQL Server, DB2) and query optimization.
- Experience with WebSphere Application Server and IBM HTTP Server.
- Understanding of document management, records management, and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- IBM FileNet certification.
- Experience in IBM Case Manager or IBM Business Automation Workflow (BAW).
- Exposure to cloud-based ECM solutions and containerized deployments.
- Knowledge of DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker.
