**The Responsibilities**:

- Overseeing and guiding the technical aspects of projects or teams
- Responsible for troubleshooting, resolving issues, and implementing enhancements to ensure smooth and efficient operations
- Identifying and resolving technical problems, addressing any obstacles that may arise, and continuously improving processes and systems
- Expected to fulfil the roles of a technical lead while actively handling troubleshooting, issue resolution, and enhancement activities
- Design and implementation of IBM BAW-based solutions including BPDs, Coaches, Integration Components & Connectors, complex user interface systems in IBM BAW with both PD and web PD

**The Requirements**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Computer Science & Engineering or related field
- 4 years or more experience with development in JAVA and IBM BAW
- At least 2 years as lead role, managing and handling at least 2 or more developers
- Strong knowledge on IBM BAW clustering and upgradation to the latest version including ICP4BAW on OCP
- Hands-on experience in instance Migration by using policy files for huge data set
- Simulation & process optimization using IBM BAW
- Design and implementation of batch jobs using of Scheduler with Quartz scheduler
- Familiarity with source code version control systems like Git/SVN
- Experience in REST web service design and development using Spring/spring boot, security systems like Oauth 2 and SAML
- Working with build tools like Maven, Gradle
- Knowledge on setting up CICD pipeline and IBM BAW and Java based Microservices
- Experience in Load Testing tools such as Apache JMeter, Neoload, HP LoadRunner and worked on various communication protocols
