**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
- Define and drive the technical vision and roadmap in alignment with business objectives.
- Architect, design, and develop robust, scalable, and efficient software solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other stakeholders, to deliver high-quality products.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process where appropriate.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process and team productivity.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Tech Lead or similar leadership role in a high-growth tech startup or established technology company.
- Strong expertise in software development, with proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, etc.).
- Experience with Web3 technologies and a solid understanding of blockchain concepts.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and mentor a team of engineers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Experience with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Passion for technology and a drive to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving industry.
