**Working hours: 9am - 6pm**
**Location: Yio Chu Kang**
**Salary: Up to $2500**
- Pre and Post marketing and sales admin support for monthly recruitment activities e.g. Course Previews, Job Fair and Events. Follow-up communication with leads generated from recruitment activities.
- To maintain effective day-to-day contact with customers and students in order to follow up on documentations.
- To assist in generating operational report and provides administrative support to Sales Manager.
- To ensure proper data management of the enquiry database. Any other tasks and projects assigned by Sales Manager.
**COMPETENCIES**
- Product knowledge training
- How to identify customer needs and understand customer expectations.
- Active participation in roadshows, corporate events, class visits and seminars.
- How to generate weekly and monthly sales reports.
- How to handling difficult customers.
- Active participation in Strategic Sales Planning process, including reviewing administrative SOP.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- GCE O Level / Diploma holder
- Min 1 years’ working experience, ideally working on consumer-facing, large scale products
- Excellent communication skills across all levels.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to influence different stakeholders
- Demonstrated ability to work in an ambiguous environment under tight deadlines
- Good knowledge of Singapore education scene
