As a **Client Relationship Coordinator**, your mission is to ensure ongoing satisfaction, build loyalty, and maintain meaningful relationships with clients. You’ll support client communications, track feedback, and play a key role in client retention initiatives.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Be a key point of contact for client queries and follow-ups
- Assist in scheduling reviews, check-ins or appreciation activities
- Maintain client records and ensure data is up to date
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client needs or requests
- Support loyalty campaigns, feedback surveys or referral programs
- Monitor client satisfaction metrics and flag at-risk accounts

**Requirements**:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Communications or relevant discipline
- Empathetic, client-first approach with strong listening skills
- Well-organised with good attention to detail
- Prior client servicing experience is a bonus
