Job Title: Client Management Specialist
">About the Role:
- As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for day-to-day coordination of all aspects of client business requirements to ensure consistent and good service levels are delivered.
- You will provide customer service support by responding to client enquiries and requirements in a timely and accurate manner.
- Advise clients on delivery schedules and inventory availability.
- Closely follow up to ensure resolution of all problems and issues from clients.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet client operational requirements or manage client expectations.
- Initiate continuous process improvements.
- Provide business reports to management and clients on a weekly/monthly basis.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Business or equivalent qualification.
- 1 year of working experience in order management or customer service.
- Experience in supply chain, logistics, and manufacturing is preferred.
- Excellent time management and interpersonal relationships at all levels, cross-functional.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with good negotiation skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong team player with ability to multitask and take ownership of tasks.
- Ability to work with large data accurately and attention to detail.
