
Customer Service Officer

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Handle night orders from customers and retail channels in the system (e.g., Zolo)
- Print and prepare picking notes as per SOP
- Check and verify stock quantities, CL numbers, and sign off pick notes
- Consolidate and organize dry stock for order processing
- Physically check and release stock to drivers, ensuring it matches invoices
- Oversee loading of home delivery and customer stock to vehicles
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping before shift ends
- Drive forklift and reach truck if needed (SOP and safety protocol compliant)
- Support with picking and double-checking of items during busy periods
- Use Navision to manage staging and print invoices
**Job Requirements**:
- Able to commit to night shifts (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM, 6 days/week)
- This role requires **physical handling of goods** (e.g., loading/unloading stock)
- Comfortable working in a warehouse setting and standing for long hours
- Computer literate; experience with Zolo/Navision preferred
- Effective communication skills to work with drivers and team members
- Forklift or reach truck experience is an advantage

- Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently
Working hours: 5pm-5am
6 days/week
Pay: From $2,300.00 per month
