Payment Account Product Manager

Responsibilities
The Global Payment team of ByteDance provides payment solutions - including payment acquisitions, disbursements, transaction monitoring, payment method management, foreign exchange conversion, accounting, reconciliations, and so on to ensure that our users have a smooth and secure payment experience on ByteDance platforms.
Job Responsibilities
1. Be responsible for the design of payment accounts for ByteDance's international payment products, define the account structure for both merchant and consumer ends, and manage identity information, account security, and customer assets.
2. Gain insights into the relationships and core demands of roles such as customers, merchants, and agencies in payment scenarios, and provide payment account solutions for ByteDance's e-commerce, live streaming, advertising, and other business operations.
3. Input and design product iteration plans in combination with business development goals, track data performance and user feedback, and continuously improve the user/customer experience with the user experience as the core.
4. Collaborate with relevant teams within the company to promote the optimization of security strategies and product capabilities, and do a good job in identity verification, permission control, and risk reminders to jointly ensure the security of customer accounts and financial assets.

**Qualifications**:
**Minimum Qualifications**:
1. A bachelor's degree or above, with more than 3 years of experience in the payment industry. Those with experience in large-scale Internet payment platforms or account platforms will be given priority.
2. Clear logic and strong data analysis ability, capable of understanding and dealing with complex business and technical challenges.
3. Able to think independently and solve problems, with strong execution ability and a sense of purpose, possess good coordination and communication skills, and be good at cross-team collaboration.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
1. Good at abstraction and summarization. Be able to design standard processes to support different business requirements.
2. Have basic English communication skills.
