**Job Description**:
**Primary Objective of Position**
- Assist to provide/support RFQ from customers, attend to customers’ enquiries, manage existing customers’ account, maintain storage/warehouse inventory and coordinate customers’ cargo/material movement.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Respond to request for quotation (RFQ) from client
- Attend to and follow-up on customers’ enquiries and requests
- Establish/negotiate with vendors/suppliers for competitive rates for seafreight/airfreight
- Maintain warehouse inventory accuracy
- Issue receiving/ delivery/ re-packing instruction to the warehouse team
- Arrange payment to carrier/co-loader for import shipment release or export shipment for BL collection
- Coordinate between warehouse and vendors/suppliers/hauliers for Singapore/overseas import/export/cross-trade clearance
- Carry out service failure investigation/complaint and ensure corrective and preventive actions are in place
- Prepare Cost Sheet and Work Orders
- Ensure timely and accurate invoicing
- To commit and comply to HPL's Occupational Health and Safety Management System
- To commit and comply to HPL's Quality Management System
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by management

**Person Specification**
- Diploma/Degree in logistic/supply chain management or relevant experience
- Minimum 1 year of Freight Forwarding experience
- Knowledge of AED & Tradenet is a plus
- Meticulous with an eye for details
