- Complete all tasks and day-to-day operations

- Understand the centre’s policies and protocols
- Supervises child care personnel and manage operations of the centre
- Assist in administrative work
- Work with staff to develop a holistic and developmentally appropriate early childhood curriculum
- Plan and direct work within the centre such as timetables and lesson content
- Maintain a safe and healthy learning environment in the centre
