- Experience working in a collaborative and matrixed environment - team player
- Experience leading software technology projects
- Understanding process improvement, planning tools, and resource allocation
- Emotional intelligence in order to work effectively with a wide array of internal stakeholders
- Flexibility, adaptability, desire to work in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in the financial services industry

- Has experience in an Agile environment, with the ability to adapt to a hybrid Agile methodology based on client needs
