Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in creative design, event management, digital
production, and integrated marketing.

Desired Skills & Experience

• Proven success in business development, client management, and hitting sales targets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once.
• Experience in creative design, event planning, or digital production is a plus.
• Candidates with less experience may be considered for the Business Development Executive role; those with extensive experience may qualify for the Business Development Manager position.
Work Environment
This is a remote position, and the successful candidate will work exclusively from home. We are seeking a self-starter—someone who is highly motivated, can work independently, and takes initiative without needing constant supervision. You'll have the flexibility to manage your own schedule while collaborating with our team in Hong Kong.
