  • Plan and organise client and firm events/visits

  • Manage BD events calendar

  • Preparation of marketing materials for client meetings and firm events/visits

  • Provide administrative support for BD activities including scheduling of meetings during directors' marketing trips and market research, reports and presentations

  • Assist in the coordination of internship and secondment programmes across Drew Network Asia

  • Liaise with external agencies, vendors and internal departments

  • Assist with collation and putting together publications, newsletters, pitches, matters and video content

  • Preparation of content and updating of social media, ie. LinkedIn

  • Maintain inventories (corporate gifts, brochures, etc)

  • Any other matters/projects that the management may require assistance with from time to time

Requirements

  • Minimum qualification of Diploma in Marketing or related fie.d

  • At least one year of experience in in similar capacity is preferred.

  • Possesses strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask and perform effectively under tight deadlines.

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications and IT-savvy.
