This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Student Development Officer in the Student Development Office.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
**Deliver and Manage Talent Development Programmes**
- Mentor and stretch the potential of high-potential students.
- Deliver and manage student development programmes and opportunities.
- Analyse data to guide and impact decision-making on training programmes.

**Manage Projects and Events**
- Conceptualise, plan and manage events, local and overseas programmes and other initiatives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Carry out and manage administrative processes, e.g. prepare and vet proposals, manage procurement, and design communication content.

**Manage CCA Clubs and Student Leaders**
- Advise students on club management, such as training, briefings and operation matters.
- Plan and manage the development and training of student leaders.
- Work with stakeholders such as coaches, parents, external organisations and governing bodies, for any related CCA matters.

**[What we are looking for]**
- At least 2-3 years of relevant experience working with youth (mentoring/ coaching, leadership development).
- Bachelor’s degree in education, psychology, social work or other related fields.
- A keen passion and commitment to helping students achieve their fullest potential.
- Good communication and technical skills.
- Able to multi-task and adapt to changes with an agile and positive attitude.
- Flexible to work after office hours or weekends when required.

Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous:

- Professional certification/ demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation and/ or knowledge of psychometric assessments.
- Willing to travel for short overseas programmes.
- Keen eye for aesthetics.
