[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Student Development Officer in the Student Development Office.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
**1. **Delivery and Management of Talent Development Programmes**
- Mentor and stretch the potentials of students interested in/vying for premier post-NP scholarship.
- Deliver and manage student development programmes and opportunities.
- Analyse data to guide and impact decision-making on training programmes.

**2. **Manage CCA Clubs and Student Leaders**
- Guide students to follow and practice the NP core values.
- Advise students on club management such as training, briefings and operation matters.
- Plan and manage the development and training of student leaders.

**3. **Project Management**
- Conceptualize, plan and manage events, overseas programmes and other initiatives.
- Work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Carry out and manage administrative processes, e.g. prepare and vet proposals, manage procurement, design communication contents.

**[What we are looking for]**

Pre-requisites:

- 4 to 8 years’ relevant working experience working with youth (mentoring/ coaching, leadership development).
- Keen passion and commitment to help students achieve their fullest potential.
- Strong organizational skills, can set work priorities, track projects with meticulous detail and administrative capabilities.
- Good communication skills.

Additional pre-requisites that are advantageous:

- Professional certification/ demonstrated experience in workshop facilitation, and/ or knowledge of psychometric assessments.
- Flexibility to work after office hours or weekends when required.
- Willing to travel for short overseas programmes.
- Able to multi-task, adapt to changes with an agile and positive attitude.
