[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive, Overseas Student Programmes in the Office of Immersion & Careers.

**[What you will be working on]**

Your responsibilities will cover areas in Overseas Student Programme (OSP) Administration to develop good processes and systems to serve our stakeholders and will include, but not limited to, the following:

- Coordinate and administer trip operations
- Engage with key stakeholders on trip processes
- Handle enquiries and feedback from trip leaders, students and parents on trip matters
- Support Country Managers in overseas partner engagements
- Use data analytics to improve trip planning
- Support the development of solutions including digitalising trip processes and other OSP-related functions, to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Assist in general administration to support the organisation of overseas student programmes in the Polytechnic

**[What we are looking for]**

Pre-requisites:

- Service-oriented with a human-centred mindset and good process mapping skills
- Tech-savvy and with the drive for improving productivity through digitalisation
- Strong team player who embraces challenges
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Southeast Asia and/or China work experience will be a plus

Additional pre-requisite that is advantageous:

- Travel and lead students’ overseas trips
