Operations & Customer Service Executive

A Multi-National Company managing Executive Offices looking for OPERATIONS & CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVES.
- Greeting and managing entry access of members, visitors & guests, including conducting tours of premises.
- Responding to product & offering, service-related queries or requests from members, visitors/guests from various channels (online or onsite inquiries)
- Assisting members with the ‘move-in, move-out’ experience.
- Assisting on the day-to-day Centre operations, ensuring usage ready for tenants, visitors & guests, including but not limited to Centre opening and closing, general cleanliness and premise maintenance, setting up and managing specific spaces (e.g. pantry, meeting rooms) usage, etc.
- Responsible for handling Customers feedbacks/complains in a timely, accurate and reasonable manner.
- Administrative work required for Centre operation (e.g., handling front desk duties, courier matters, performing payment charges, creating invoices, submitting receipts, updating Centre and member records/transactions, etc)
- Assisting with and/or participating in members events and any other community related/driven initiatives.
- To perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Supervisor.
**Requirements**:
- Possess a Diploma and above, preferably with experience in the Service industry.
- Min. 2 years working experience in Co-working space/office, Hospitality or Service industries.
- Proficient in the use of relevant office software (MS Office).
- Team player with ability to work independently.
