**Summary**:

- Oversees the strategic and operational planning/ management from a clinical trial execution perspective. Oversight of budget and resource allocation within assigned trial. Enables operational excellence through process improvement and knowledge sharing across trials within prograM/Franchise. Enables an empowered organization that can navigate in a matrix environment and adjust quickly to business needs.

**About the Role**:
**Key Responsibilities:

- **
- Lead and manage the strategic planning and operational activities of the hub.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve organizational goals.
- Oversee the execution of operational plans and ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and mentor a team of professionals to achieve high performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management on operational performance and strategic initiatives.

**Essential Requirements:

- **
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in clinical operations.
- Proven experience in strategic planning and operations management.
- Understanding of the international aspects of drug development process include international standards, health authorities, local or National Health authorities regulations and Novartis standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
