**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and organized Administrator to join our team. The Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth operation of our company by handling various administrative tasks and providing assistance to different departments as needed.

**Responsibilities**:
**Office Management**:

- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
- Ensure the office premises are clean, organized, and presentable.
- Coordinate with building management for maintenance and repairs.

**Administrative Support**
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for employees.
- Prepare and distribute internal communications, memos, and announcements.

**Document Management**:

- Manage and organize company documents, files, and records both electronically and physically.
- Maintain confidentiality and integrity of sensitive information and documents.

**HR Assistance**:

- Support the HR department in various administrative tasks such as employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance.
- Assist in organizing company events, team-building activities, and employee engagement initiatives.

**Financial Administration**:

- Assist with basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing,expense tracking, and petty cash management (if required).
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accuracy and compliance in financial transactions.

**IT Support**
- Liaise with external IT vendors for equipment maintenance and technical support.

**Delivery Support**:

- Create and Manage Shipments sent to our clients.
- Receive shipments on behalf of Company. Create and Maintain Delivery Order register for our clients and co-ordinate with sales team on the same

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience as an Administrator or similar role in a corporate environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and basic IT troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill set
