
Operation Administrator

**Responsibilities**:
- Perform general office administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, data entry, and maintaining office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, documents, and correspondence when required.
- Support various departments with day-to-day administrative and operational needs.
- Coordinate and follow up on job orders, or documentation related to company operations.
- Maintain proper records and documentation in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Familiarity with marine systems such as **MPA (Maritime and Port Authority)**and **PSA (Port of Singapore Authority)**:
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum O-Level or equivalent; relevant certification in Business Administration will be an advantage.
- Prior experience in an administrative or operations support role is preferred.
- Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Able to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge or prior exposure to marine industry systems (e.g., MPA, PSA portals).
**Working Hours**:Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm
**Location**:Paya Lebar
