The Singapore Association of Social Workers (SASW) seeks a driven, positive and conscientious Operations Administrator who wants to build a fulfilling career to join our team.

The Operations Administrator provides critical administrative and organisational support to support delivery of SASW's programmes and services including training and professional development programmes at it's training centre, the Family Resource and Training Centre (FRTC).

**The Operations Administrator would**:
Maintain SASW’s facilities, equipment and environment in good and comfortable condition with adequate supplies and resources to support operations

Manage procurement and liaise with vendors for the necessary goods and services for smooth delivery of programmes and services.

Coordinate SASW’s calendar and ensure required facilities and resources are available for the various programmes and services

Consolidate information and data, conducts data analyses and prepares reports for management and stakeholders reporting

Manage SASW’s IT and technological systems, documentation system and databases to meet required standards in governance, data management and service delivery

Implement and review systems and processes to seek continual improvement in productivity and performance

Support SASW’s events by providing administrative and logístical support

Support the Management and Executive Committee as necessary

**Requirements**:
Diploma in related fields with 2 years of relevant experience

Previous work experience in an Accredited Training Organisation would be an advantage

Good interpersonal skills and effective communications

Ability to work well with colleagues and deliver roles and responsibilities independently in a fast-paced environment

Excellent organisational and administrative skills

Detail oriented, organized and adaptable with proven ability to multi-task and integrate different aspects to meet operational needs

Good verbal and written communications in the English language

Proficient IT and computer skills
