Job Responsibilities:

- Lead and drive strategic business projects/ new business models in support of customer acquisition, market expansion, new product launches etc
- Drive, plan and implement new eCommerce capabilities ensuring projects are delivered on-time and within budget
- Partner with internal IT teams to manage platform related issues and escalations, identify risks and perform mitigation planning
- Establish strong engagement with internal stakeholders (Global Business Units, Global Marketing, IT, Customer Advocacy and Operations etc) to deliver the premium shopping experience
- Develop best practices to optimize time-to-market and deliver cost savings projects

Pre-Requisites:

- Strong knowledge of project management methodology including the ability to develop detailed work plans and specifications, identify and resolve issues, manage risk, and run effective global team meetings
- Excellent communicator and experience in senior
- Bachelor’s degree in appropriate field of study, MBA preferred
- 10+ years in managing eCommerce strategy, systems and processes and/or operations of which minimum 5 years are in a fast-paced Consumer business leading high performance teams
- Good ecommerce business understanding and hands-on with eye for detail
- Effective at prioritization management and executive engagement
- Self-driven and thrives under pressure
- Comfortable with ambiguity without losing sight of end goal
