Our Oilfield Services (OFS) business provides intelligent connected technologies to monitor and control our energy extraction assets. Our Sales team work in partnership with our business partners to build loyalty and develop sales growth. We take responsibility for the business' success by building trusted relationships and understanding our partners.

As Lead Sales Specialist, you are responsible in preparing proposals/bids, contract negotiation and compliance with contract commitments and commercial risk assessment. ensure a winning strategy to profitable growth service sales.

As a Lead Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Working with the Global CWI Commercial team in order to develop the most effective/efficient cost mix for CWI products.
- Acting as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor to the internal customers of APAC & MENATI regions.
- Working closely with internal/external functions and vendors to maximize cost efficiency for the organization.
- Collaborating with multiple internal teams to produce the best commercial outcome for given commercial opportunities i.e Quality, Materials.
- Calculating cost inputs for key global tenders and helps guide Geomarkets on final Pricing.
- Influencing others and coordinate cross-functional teams driving the stakeholders towards a common goal. Capable of leading a small team.

**Fuel your passion**:
To be successful in this role you will:

- Have Bachelors in Business Administration, Engineering and Finance.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in proposals, finance, manufacturing, methods, or procurement.
- Have hands-on experience with SAP to navigate and report.
- Have experience in project management, analyzing, translating & completing complex internal cost proposals in the Oil & Gas industry.
- Have certificate in Project management, Finance, or Commercial fields.
