
Head of New Partnerships

You will be reporting to the Head of Business Generation and be responsible for originating and managing strategic third-party digital/O2O partnerships though implementations of new business models. You will also manage digital sales initiatives across all channels to provide a seamless lead generation and digital purchase experience for customers. We want to enable business generation as a key differentiating factor to drive productivity across all channels and realise Prudential’s partnerships and digital ambition.
**Leading and managing a team for Partnerships and Digital sales**
- Facilitating opportunities with strategic partners for any channels such as Agency Distribution, Partnerships Distribution and Customer Segments
- Identify and implement lead generation solutions and value propositions that forges long-standing relationship with our customers and partners.
- Drive the digital sales agenda to transform the way we engage customers online across all channels to increase brand awareness and acquire and retain customers at pace
**Commercial thought leadership - roadmap for growth**
- Designing value propositions and business models (including go-to market, sales model, operating model, service model and technology)
- Building the business case, developing financial models and finalizing ACR for each new partner or lead generation scheme
- Shape the digital sales narrative internally and externally with the distribution salesforce, capitalising on opportunities for customer prospecting and advisory to drive productivity by leveraging technology and data, with a long-term view and with scalability and sustainability
- Support the Head of Business Generation in providing strategic direction on the organisation’s partnerships and digital sales roadmap by keeping abreast of market trends and new digital solutions and proposing ideas for management decision
**Business leadership - execution for results at pace**
- Develop and maintain consistent rapport with corporate partners across to comprehend their business objectives and growth plans to support collaboration on agreed business strategies
- Drive digital sales and O2O initiatives through multiple formats, products, and campaigns as an enabler for customer engagement and lead generation capabilities, empowering distribution moving towards an omni-channel engagement model
- Steer development of new partnership and digital sales capabilities based on data, analytics, market trends and interactions with all channels, distributors and customers in order to develop solutions that forge loyalty with customers, distributors and partners
- Responsible for managing and monitoring sales performance measures across all channels and identifying opportunities to maximise customer experience and business value
**People leadership - lead others to perform**
- Lead distributor and customer engagement to optimise design of partnership and digital sales journey for customers and distributors to maximise adoption
- Provide steer on digital and technology requirements across all channels and work closely with PACS Technology, Operations, Customer, Risk and Compliance and regional COE teams to ensure high quality delivery that meets business expectations
- Drive change and new ways of working including review of processes and operating models that enable execution excellence across the organisation
- Lead a team and a cross functional taskforce to drive sales initiatives
**Who we are looking for**:
**Education and Work Experience**
- A Bachelor degree in a discipline related to Finance, Accountancy, Economics or Business
- At least 8 years working experience for financials services companies, management consulting and/or internet companies; and
- Preferred experience in digital and/or project management, navigating large and complex organisations, including gaining access to key executives and stakeholders and successfully managing relationship building dynamics and processes
**Competencies & Personal Traits**
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence key and senior stakeholders to deliver outcomes
- Demonstrated idea generator, intellectually curious with a thirst for continual improvement and ability to proactively leverage technology and digital mediums
- High degree of strategic orientation, innovative and lateral thinking, solutions-orientation and ability to drive outcome
- Strategic thinking and analytical with good project management and execution skills
