This position is responsible for supporting the global real estate portfolio for the company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the real estate portfolio across multiple lines of business.

Primary focus will be to support the APAC region in managing and tracking leases, negotiating lease agreements, assisting business operations in site selections, and coordinating with various departments regarding real estate matters.

Additionally, you will be responsible for facilitating real estate-related capital expenditure requests, managing the remodel and renovation process in existing properties, and coordinating office moves. You will also serve as an escalation point for landlord disputes.

Responsibilities include the administration and coordination of real estate portfolio to maximize flexibility and product availability. Conduct financial analysis of real estate transaction cost structures, including property acquisitions and disposals. Oversee administration of real estate portfolio management tool and provides key reports which include completing lease abstracts and maintaining 100% correct real time data. Provide support during pre-construction, construction, and relocation phases in projects that that contain build to suit, renovation, and restoration.

- Conduct global real estate transactions.
- Support Global Lease Administration Program
- Identify best practices and continuous improvement
- Provide management with critical lease cost data and reports.

**Expected Areas of Competence / Soft Skills**
- Must be able to work with external and internal management customers on a global basis.
- Must be able to define business space plans and work with external partners to determine required space needs for any global location.
- Able to understand and interpret financial information regarding property and lease management.
- Ability to work with external and internal customers on a global basis.
- Ability to read construction plans, test fits, and space plans

**Education/ Experience Requirements**
- Bachelor’s Degree required preferably in Real Estate, Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Math or Business
- At least 8 years’ experience in Corporate or Commercial Real Estate, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

**Travel Requirements**
- Up to 50%; once a month average.
