**The Role**

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-organised and detail-oriented intern to support the Investment and Asset Management team. Reporting to the Manager, you will be given opportunities for hands on experience which will be valuable for you in the future when entering the workforce upon graduation.

At the end of the internship, you will be able to:

- Confidently formulate, underwrite, and present to management an asset management strategy - either an existing portfolio or any real estate opportunity
- Understand the inner workings of the Investment and Asset Management function, and how it interacts with various departments to maximise the operating performance for an assigned portfolio.

**Duration of Traineeship**:6-months

**Main Duties & Responsibilities**

Your duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Conduct market research
- Monitor and analyse market trends/developments/transactions
- Perform detailed cash flow modelling, financial analysis and due diligence to evaluate the acquisition of real estate opportunities
- Assist in monitoring and asset managing existing property portfolio
- Assist in the preparation of investor presentations, memorandums

**Requirements**:

- Year 2/3 or final year students pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business or equivalent
- Meticulous, analytical with a proactive mindset
- Team player, with a positive and pleasant personality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in financial modelling
