**Job Summary**: Our client is a long-term investor with a methodical and disciplined investment approach, investing globally within real estate.

The investment team is expanding and looking to hire an Investment Associate to support their expansion plans. Reporting to Investment Director, this role will focus on sourcing and underwriting of real estate opportunities, execution of real estate investment transactions, including acquisitions, divestments, and post-transaction management work. Working within a high performance team, you will also be involved in strategic planning processes, including research into new asset classes or geographies as well as on-going portfolio management and reporting for their existing portfolio of assets.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience underwriting and executing commercial real estate investment deals
- Experience in the UK market and value-add deals will be an added advantage
- Strong financial modelling, research and analytical skills
- Good presentation skills and ability to communicate complex issues in clear and succinct way
- Able to manage tight timelines
