Singapore NALAN RESTAURANT Full time

Required to manage food services, supervise, and organize the service crew team with training on standard operating procedures and setting key performance indicators. You will also have the role of developing sales improvement plans, meeting planned goals, KPI reviews and coordinating with other teams on lead generation.

**Responsibilities**:
**Table & Food Service**
- Operations & daily activities on food Services
- From receiving, taking orders, servicing, and managing feedback/complaints from customers
- Informing the operations manager on food supplies & stationary requirements
- Daily checks on table preparation & cleanliness by crew
- Handle & resolve any customer complaints, feedback, and issues
- Follow all food safety regulations
- Schedule staff and coverage for any shift’s break
- Greeting customers and seating them
- Taking orders and ensuring they are serviced on time
- Ensure high quality food comes from the kitchen
- Ensure food serviced is elegantly presented
- Ensure crew sweep & mop floor for food service area
- Provide feedback and participate in menu development/review for the restaurant

**Team management & development**
- Manage the service crew in operations & breaks
- Coordinating and sourcing on manpower recruitment with Human resource department for restaurant
- Prepare SOP and train employees with industry standards
- Set, review KPI for service crew and provide evidence to management

**Food Sales**
- Prepare sales improvement plans
- Implement the plan & show evidence of sales increases on dine-in, delivery & take-away orders
- Ensure customers pay the balances in full upon completion of order

**Meal/drinks-Counter**
- Arrange & prepare set meals
- Training & preparation of coffee/drinks/chat by the counter staff
- Table order/delivery food distribution

**General**
- Work towards the improvement & standardization of the restaurant with other staffs/teams
- Work with the other teams along-with manager on feedback & improvements
- Provide reviews/feedback on kitchen staff to manager & participate in group reviews

**Skills Experience Qualifications**
- Must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Food & Beverages Services Management.
- Have at least 2 years of experience in the F&B industry, 1 year in a similar role.
- Trained in food and beverage safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
- Have strong communication, leadership, customer service, and people skills.
- Organized and detail oriented.
- Able to commit 6 days per week.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,200.00 per month
