**About the role**

Working closely with our Regional HR Operations team, the Regional HR Intern will assist with daily operational processes, including onboarding, as well as liase with internal and external stakeholders.

**What you will be doing**

HR Operations
- Drafting of letters and contracts
- Monthly and ad-hoc invoices processing (checking, filing, getting approvals, creating supplier creation forms)
- Preparing announcement drafts for employee movements
- Preparing announcement drafts for employee movements
- Enrolment of insurance and flexi program

Onboarding & Offboarding
- Facilitate onboarding and offboarding admin process

Reporting and Administration
- Organisation of P-files (digital)
- Archiving and other filing and record management tasks
- Generating ad hoc reports as required by the team

Others
- Coordination with insurance broker for employees’ movements
- Other HR ad hoc duties as assigned

**Requirements**:
Essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good inter-personal, teamwork and organisation skills
- High level of confidentiality
- Great attention to details, meticulous
- Motivated and pro-active
- Good command of written and spoken English

Desirable
- Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business related disciplines is an added advantage
- Knowledge in HRMS, systems or design software is an added advantage
