**Your tasks**:

- Project leadership for the development and creation of communications strategies and concepts
- Defines the regional marketing communication channels, media mix & plans aligned with in-country marcom and marketing segments for the specific campaign
- Defines, plan, coordinates and align the necessary local activities including new product market introduction, webinars, seminars and regional events
- Crafting effective communication messages and content to the target audience
- Implement, A/B Testing, track and measure success of marketing programs to determine effectiveness of program execution
- Evaluation and reporting of defined KPIs for marketing programs, campaigns and tactics
- Maintain working relationship and improve process with media partners & agencies
- Manages the corporate branding / guidelines and ensure that it is reflected in programs
- Development, production and managing of various on
- and offline marcom tools.
- Supports and contributes to necessary training for the local marcom persons
- Other duties or tasks as assigned on an as-needed basis

**Your qualifications**:

- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications or relevant field of studies
- Attention to detail and disciplined to follow established policies and processes from creative designs to execution to lead flow
- High degree of collaboration and relationship building skills
- Strong team player with ability to collaborate beyond boundaries
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and spoken) with cross-functional teams from different countries- Reference Number: 3157
