**Roles & Responsibilities**
**You will**:
- Drive technology solutions and business requirements at all levels and assist product groups in bringing relevant and competitive technologies to market
- Define standards for technical competencies, collaborating with country technical committee representation to develop standard curriculum.
- Partner with internal (PG, regional peers, and office of the CTO) and external stakeholders (MS, Intel, VMware, Nvidia etc) to define the right combination of training/education on industry trends and emerging client computing technology.
- Orchestrate, schedule, track and measure defined training in partnership with country technical committee, securing internal and partner resourcing to enable successful execution of training for CTs.
**Essential Requirements**
- 8 to 12 years of related experience in a professional role
- Proven ability to understand customers technical requirements
**Desirable Requirements (Technical Competencies)**
- Microsoft certified solutions expert (MCSE) certification or equivalent
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP) certification or equivalent
- Citrix Certified Professional (CCP) certification or equivalent
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner
