About the Role

Join our dynamic Global Projects & Industry Solutions team as a Projects Management Executive, where you'll contribute to the execution and support of high-impact industrial solutions across Southeast Asia and beyond.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about project coordination, enjoy stakeholder interaction, and thrive in a fast-paced global environment.

Key Responsibilities


• Assist the project team in executing and completing projects across Southeast Asia and other regions.


• Help prepare project schedules, implementation plans, procurement strategies, and logistics plans.


• Contribute to the creation of proposals and tender documents.


• Assist in sourcing and liaising with third-party vendors and suppliers.


• Work closely with internal stakeholders and business units to ensure smooth project delivery.


• Track delivery timelines and monitor costs to align with project budgets and requirements.


• Handle documentation including shipping documents, invoices, and related administrative tasks.


• Assist in preparing project reports and maintaining accurate project documentation.


• Support the team in other business-related activities as needed.

Requirements


• Diploma/Degree in Engineering, Business, or related disciplines


• 1–2 years of relevant experience in project coordination or administration preferred


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools
