**Responsibilities we will trust you with**:

- Reporting to the Site Manager/A&A Projects Manager
- Responsible for the Projects department operational issues and profitability
- Source for new projects, conduct project feasibility studies and budgetary estimates
- Coordinate project works with appointed contractors to meet client's schedule and

requirements
- Provide master schedule for project works for approvals prior to commencement
- Ensure FBQ, COC/CSC sign off
- Execute claims to client and payments to contractors
- Project P&L reporting

**Your areas of knowledge and expertise that matter most for this role**:

- Degree in or Diploma in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Architecture/Civil/Building Services
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience in executing and management of multiple minor projects/A&A/ Events in a built environment
- Experience in running project co-ordination meetings with Clients, Consultants, Project
- Contractors and End Users
- Familiar with project/material take-off
- Familiar with code of practices, for M&E, Fire, Civil & Structural
- Familiar with FSOR and provision of quotes to client

**Salary**: $3,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
