Support Branch managers to align with global/regional strategies or directions
- Assist Branches to standardize the operation process and maintain the proper operations
- Support Branch managers to trouble shoot and provide logístical / operations solutions for issues of a moderate to complex scope
- Lead the proper implementation of new key accounts with Branch managers and Key account team
- Maintain and support data management and ensure the good data quality with branches
- Analyze Operations efficiencies and Cost saving with branch managers and Work proactively to identify saving and process improvement on freight service to maintain the good service as well as the profitability of the branches
- Support and Develop KPIs for Key accounts with branches
- Understand customer’s requirements; evaluation all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Support Branches to review the root causes of escalated issues and execute the training with the regional team if needed.
- Actively participate in company’s sales and marketing drive
Ensure branches are adequately staffed, managed and trained
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $8,000.00 - $13,000.00 per month
