**The Opportunity.**
Based in our Singapore office, this role sits within the Zuhlke Asia team and reports to the Regional Marketing Manager.
The role is part of the global Marketing & Communications (M&C) practice and is responsible for supporting the region in delivering impact for our clients, prospects and talents against our strategic goals. You’ll collaborate with different stakeholders across the business including country M&C Heads, other members of the global M&C team as well as Business Practices and Market Units to further establish brand awareness and drive business impact for Zuhlke in Asian markets.
The global Marketing & Communications (M&C) practice is responsible for creating brand value and differentiation with a consistent online and offline Zuhlke experience that drives value conversations with clients, prospects and talent, and ultimately leads to business.
You will contribute to help shape our global Marketing & Communications (M&C) Capabilities and Center of Expertise approach. With your experience of the regional markets, you will help drive strategy and be responsible for execution of marketing and communications programs and campaigns that increase awareness of our brand and drive demand for Zuhlke’s service offerings in key industries and markets.

- Achieve group-wide brand consistency across all touchpoints to deliver impact against the group strategy and business goals
- Define and execute a content-driven brand strategy
- that drives audience growth and engagement and paves the way for future growth.
**Your Job.**
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Global M&C, Business Practices and Market Units) and senior leadership to develop and execute successful marketing and communication plans in line with company objectives and strategic initiatives.
- Drive and execute effective go-to-market plans for local markets, including multi-channel campaigns covering demand generation, brand marketing and lead nurturing through digital and offline channels like events and sponsorship.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners for campaign materials, marketing collaterals and sales kit.
- Develop messaging and communications deliverables as part of global content strategy, including thought leadership narratives, articles, social media posts, case studies, decks, video scripts, etc. to drive business growth and engagement with target audience.
- Monitor and track key metrics, including budgeting and performance of campaign activities to measure success for top of the funnel growth, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Plan and manage social media and events calendar for community building and engagement.
- Lead B2B events planning and organisation for partners, clients, and outreach campaigns.
- Coordinate planning and oversee production of communications/PR content and collaterals, from conceptualisation to publication.
- Support Market Units and Sales Excellence as strategic partners in industry research and analysis on market landscape, competitors, brand positioning and awareness.
- Support local leadership for defined strategically relevant internal communications.
**Your Talent.**
- Holds a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or a related field.
- At least 4-5 years of relevant experience in integrated marketing and communications for fast-growth technology companies/start-ups, consulting, or professional services in Asia.
- Solid experience in B2B sales and marketing processes and tools, including but not limited to CRMs like Microsoft Dynamics, HubSpot and Pipedrive, and advertising platforms like LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager/Pixel, Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.
- Hands-on experience executing digital campaigns that have delivered proven business results.
- Virtual and in-person event management experience (owned/sponsored/partner events).
- Experience in corporate communications (external/internal).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Thrives in handling ambiguity and enjoy experimenting to solve new challenges.
- Creative and resourceful, with an open mindset towards continuous learning.
- Good analytical skills with an affinity for data.
- Excellent stakeholder management.
- Team player and enjoys working with colleagues from all over the world.
