**JD-Position Summary** (**Based in Singapore)**

The primary duty of this role is to ensure the sales departments run efficiently by providing proper communication, accurate data, and sales admin support. Responsible for tracking all the sales inquiries and business transactions of the company and ensuring that maximum sales goals are achieved by actively communicating and engaging sales representatives.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (Sales Reps, Customer, Finance, Operations) to resolve order & payment issues and disputes; ensure accurate data in Salesforce is updated in a timely manner.
- As the first point of contact to support daily sales lead clearing, allocate the leads from the lead queue, contact customers and qualify the leads and delegate leads to appropriate sales reps.
- Support sales Quotation requests from customers and handle sales quotations.
- Keep close communication with the sales team on backlog tracking.
- Support daily revenue tracker updates and involve in the sales forecasting process.
- Work with IT to improve the sales dashboard.
- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.

**Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:

- Ability to multitask and work well with other departments within the organization.
- Solid product knowledge.

**Language Requirements**:

- Must be able to read, write and speak **English **fluently.
- Additional Asian language skills are a plus.

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1-2 years of experience in Sales Operations, of which minimum 2 years relevant experience within sales operations, sales comparative field, experiencing supporting a sales organization.
- Familiar with CRM.
- Strong written, verbal, communication and quantitative skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $3,200.00 - $4,200.00 per month
