Liaise with Supply chain to ensure all orders/PI on track (ensure PI is issued)

Support Sales Team with various administrative works

Track all PI payment status against finance team and alert sales if delayed

Track all PP, credit notes, term sheets progress

Assist to Track and ensure AARs are doing their weekly submissionalert sales when necessary

Track and ensure AARs are submitting weekly programs for GNext web portal

Analyse sell in trends on countries and key partners to Sales Team so necessary actions or reactions can be taken

Set up weekly or bi-monthly calls With key AARs or partners and track schedule

Track on-going programs and update sales twice a month

Assist with simple keynote slides whenever necessary

Requirements
- At least Diploma or similar

Independent and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Well organised with the ability to multi-task

Fluent in English, both Oral and Written

Must be Proficient in Excel, Knowledge in Mac environment will be a + (Keynote etc)

Possess a high level of self-initiative to get things done efficiently and logically using proper data management to handle & organize a huge amount of useful information

**Salary**: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
