Job Summary:
Commercial support, creating and processing sales orders and contracts in a timely manner, updates the CRM system promptly, stays ahead of and followup with customer requests to ensure customer satisfaction. Identify and prospecting new potential clients pro-actively.
**Job Description**:
- Able to use Zoho CRM to update, track, and record all sales processes and potential leads.
- Generate Sales Analysis and Reports
- Arranging presentations and appointments with new clients, follow-up on leads
- Provide accurate and timely information to management
- Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
- Good negotiation skills to close sales.
- Providing support to our customers and sales team by preparing quotes and pricing.
- Maintain and update Zoho CRM software with accurate lead and detailed information.
- Work closely with the marketing team to align on lead-generation strategies.
- Partner with the technical team to ensure client requirements are met effectively and ensure smooth deployment.
Qualifications/Experience required:
- University Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma in Business, Computer Science, or related.
- Preferably 2+ years in inside sales/sales support /lead generation/ in IT or technology-related industries
- Fast learner and a self-starter with high adaptability.
- Familiarity with Zoho CRM.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Outlook, Excel, Teams).
- Good Knowledge of IT products, software, IoT solutions is a plus.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with strong negotiation abilities.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across operations, IT, marketing, finance teams.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,200.00 per month
