
Key Account Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Key Account Tech Biz Manager to join our dynamic consortium. As a member of the Tech Biz Team in the Advanced Remanufacturing and Technology Center (ARTC), you play an important role in translating developed technology to our industry members. Working with internal and external key stakeholders in the Biomedical Manufacturing (MedTech and Biopharma) industry, you will be responsible to drive and deliver business outcomes for the Biomedical ecosystem.
**Responsibilities**:
Foster and maintain collaborative relationships with consortium members, ensuring their needs and expectations are met. Able to engage new members and ensure membership renewal.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive initiatives that enhance the overall performance and ensure of the consortium.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams (i.e. Technical, PMO, SI, Technology Providers, end Users) to ensure seamless communication and alignment of business objectives and deliverable.
Collaborate with Tech and PMO and companies to secure Joint-Lab and/or R&D Programmes
Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business development.
Mentor and coach Pillar team members to develop business use cases, for R&D translation and effective deployment in the industry
Adopt business process, prepare and present regular reports on key performance indicators and engagement progress for senior management.
Prompt and accurate updating of CRM software for business analytics
Support and facilitate company events and visits
**Requirements**:
Bachelor?s degree in business administration, or engineering-related field.
Minimun 6 years of working experience in B2B business development and enterprise account management.
Experience in the Life Science or Biomedical industry would be a bonus.
Proven experience as a Business Accounts Manager or similar role within a consortium or collaborative business environment.
Ability to develop and facilitate R&D translation and commercialisation plans for industry deployment
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills to drive business initiatives and overcome challenges.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently as needed.
Positive and growth mindset and a strong team player
