- **Perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved.**:

- **Continuous suggestion for improvement of the system, job automation, performance tuning.**:

- **Proactive management of production services by measuring and monitoring availability, latency, throughput, user journeys and overall system usage**:

- **Required individual which is productive, dedicated, manage time well with great heaps of patience.**:
