**What you will be doing**:

- Develop and implement Talent Management plans and solutions in order to achieve strategic business initiatives.
- Ensure talent readiness by creating mechanisms such as: Learning & Development, Talent Management & Succession Planning of High POtentials (HiPOs)
- Work with Business Leaders in partnership with HR Business Partners to drive, support and facilitate various transformative corporate Learning, Talent and OD initiatives across the organization.
- Support in the training and professional development of all staff through the analysis of role based learning needs, design and development of learning tools and the deployment of the learning interventions
- Design and implement talent framework, programmes and processes, to enable business transformation and growth.
- Drive new initiatives that will build internal talent capability and enhance career-pathing within the organisation.

**What you need to have**:

- At least 8 years of HR Partnering with prior experience in Talent Management, Learning & Development or Organisation Developement
- Proven experience in program facilitation for adult learners and post graduate qualifications in the areas of Talent Management, Human Resource Management and Development will be an advantage
- Experience in HiPOs talent identification, supporting, organising and facilitating talent councils / reviews, tracking the development and career progression of talents
- Ability to project manage and engage stakeholders at a business leader level
- Experience in IT or Healthcare industry is preferred
