**Develop and implement HR strategies**tailored to the Singapore region, ensuring alignment with the company’s overall business objectives and consistency with group-level goals.
- **Analyze the local talent landscape**to enhance recruitment and retention strategies, with a focus on attracting professionals in technical, R&D, and commercial functions. Drive employer branding initiatives and diversify talent sourcing channels.
- **Ensure full compliance with Singapore’s labor laws and industry standards**, while addressing employee queries, managing grievances and disputes, and fostering a healthy, productive work environment.
- **Oversee compensation and benefits frameworks**to maintain market competitiveness. Lead performance management processes and support leadership in talent evaluation and development.
- **Identify and address training and development needs**, designing programs to enhance both technical skills and managerial capabilities. Champion the development of high-potential employees and leadership succession planning.
- **Support the management and integration of expatriate employees**, promoting effective cross-cultural engagement and a unified company culture.
**Requirement**
- **Bachelor’s degree or above**in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- **Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management**, including at least 2 years of team management experience in Singapore.
- **In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s labor laws**and relevant employment regulations.
- **Strong communication and negotiation skills**, with fluency in both English and Mandarin.
- **Strategic, results-oriented, and an effective team leader**, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech-driven environment and manage complex cross-cultural dynamics.
